504 LED Solar Motion Street Light

A dark driveway or yard entrance is the one place on a property where a light is worth having and a trench for cable never is. This solar area light carries 504 LED beads in twelve lens blocks on an adjustable wall bracket, and the panel on top charges a 4500mAh battery in 8 to 10 hours of sun. A motion and light sensor gives you three behaviours: off until movement, a 30 percent hold that jumps to full on movement, or a steady 50 percent all night. The handset lets you change mode from the ground instead of climbing back up.

• 504 LED Beads: Twelve lens blocks spread light across a drive, yard or car park.
• 4500mAh Battery: A full 8 to 10 hour charge carries the light through the night.
• Three Sensor Modes: Off until motion, dim and boost, or steady all night.
• Remote Control: Switch mode and brightness from the ground, no ladder needed.
• IP65 Rated: Built to keep working through rain, frost and summer heat.

Note: Mount it where the solar panel gets several hours of direct sun each day and no shade from a roof, a gutter or a tree, since a shaded panel means a light that fades before morning. Fix the bracket into solid masonry or a post with fixings suited to the wall, and point the lamp down and away from the road, your windows and your neighbours' windows. Give the battery a first full charge in sun before you expect a complete night of light, and wipe the panel clear of dust, leaves and snow a few times a year. Do not submerge the unit or pressure wash it.
