Folding Adjustable Weight Bench with Leg Extension

A home gym that stops at a pair of dumbbells runs out of exercises fast. This bench adds the three things missing: an adjustable backrest, a preacher pad for curls and a padded roller arm for leg work, all on one folding frame. The back sets to seven angles from 123 degrees through flat to a 210 degree decline, so incline presses, flat work and sit ups all come off the same bench. Two inches of PU covered foam sits under you, and the whole thing folds to 38.5 inches to stand in a corner.

• Seven Backrest Angles: Set the back from 123 to 210 degrees for incline, flat or decline.
• Preacher Curl Pad: Three curl positions plus two underhook settings for arm work.
• Leg Extension Rollers: Padded rollers take a weight rod for leg curls and extensions.
• 2 Inch PU Padding: Wear resistant PU over two inch foam on the seat and backrest.
• Folds to 38.5 Inches: Opens to 48 by 19.6 inches and folds to 38.5 by 11.8 by 10.1.

Note: See a doctor before starting a strength training program. No weight rating is printed on the bench itself, so load it conservatively, build up gradually, and never use it for heavy barbell pressing without a rack and a spotter. Weight plates and a bar are not included. Assemble it fully and tighten every bolt before the first session, then re check the bolts and the backrest pin every few weeks, because those fixings carry your whole load. Set it on a flat, hard floor and keep children away from the folding hinges.
