Folding Dual Track Ab Crunch Trainer

Floor crunches are hard to do well, and most people wreck their neck long before they feel anything else. This trainer puts your forearms and knees on padded rollers and runs the carriage along twin rails, so the movement follows the same arc every rep and your head stays supported. A small console on the frame counts what you have done. When you are finished it folds down to 19.69 by 39.37 inches and slides under a bed or flat against a wall.

• Dual Track Glide: Twin rails guide the carriage so every rep follows the same path.
• Padded Knee Rests: Dual track knee pads keep you steady through the full movement.
• Thick Foam Rollers: Soft cushioning sits under your forearms and knees on each rep.
• Quiet Rollers: Silent bearings keep the noise down so you can train early or late.
• Folds for Storage: 37.6 by 19.69 by 37.2 inches open, 19.69 by 39.37 inches folded.

Note: Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any neck, shoulder or lower back trouble. Assemble it fully and tighten every bolt before the first session, then re check them every few weeks. Move slowly and keep your head resting on the pad rather than pulling with your neck, and set the machine up on a flat floor with clear space around it. Fold and unfold it with your hands clear of the hinges, and keep children away from the frame.
