Portable Foldable Laser Engraving Machine

Most desktop engravers arrive in pieces, take an hour to square up and then live on your bench forever. This one comes built, folds back into its own storage case and sets up on a table in minutes. It works a 200 by 150 mm field, which is 8 by 6 inches, and the gantry lifts 8 cm on both sides for bowls stones and thicker blanks. A self developed app drives it over WiFi from a phone, so you are not tethered to a laptop.

• 200 by 150 mm Field: An 8 by 6 inch work area handles signs trays and larger blanks.
• No Assembly Needed: It arrives built and folds back into its own flat storage case.
• 3W or 7W Module: The 7W cuts solid wood to 8 mm where the 3W reaches 2 mm.
• 8 cm Lift Both Sides: Raise the frame to mark curved stones bowls and thick stock.
• WiFi App Control: Set up and start a job from a phone instead of a tethered laptop.

Note: This is an open frame laser with no enclosure, so the beam is exposed the whole time it runs. Everyone in the room needs laser safety glasses rated for this machine's wavelength, which is given in the manual, and nobody should look at the beam or at its reflection off metal glass or a polished surface. Run it next to an open window with an extractor fan or set it up outdoors. Never cut PVC vinyl faux leather or anything else chlorine bearing, because the smoke is corrosive and toxic. Never leave a job running unattended, keep a fire extinguisher within arm's reach, and keep children and pets out of the room while it is on. No laser class marking is printed on this machine, so treat it as the highest hazard class until the manual tells you otherwise.
