Spring Resistance Inner Thigh Exerciser

Some days the gym is not happening, and a piece of kit that works while you are sitting on the sofa gets used far more than one that does not. This trainer is a steel coil spring between two padded arms, giving 16 pounds of push back every time you squeeze. The pad pivots a full 360 degrees so you can set the angle for inner thighs, or turn it round and press between your palms or forearms. At 0.8 pounds and 9.4 by 5.5 inches it lives in a drawer or a tote bag.

• 16 lb Spring Resistance: A steel coil spring pushes back against every squeeze.
• 360 Degree Pivot: The pad rotates a full turn so you can set your own angle.
• Soft Grip Pads: Wide moulded pads spread the pressure across legs or arms.
• Weighs 0.8 lb: At 9.4 by 5.5 inches it fits in a drawer or the side of a bag.
• Quiet Action: The enclosed spring stays quiet enough to use in front of the TV.

Note: Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. If you are pregnant or recently gave birth, speak to your doctor or a physiotherapist before doing any pelvic or core work rather than starting on your own. Begin with a few slow squeezes and build up over time, since the spring is firm and easy to overdo on the first session. Keep fingers, hair and loose clothing well away from the hinge while the arms are moving, let the arms open under control rather than letting them snap back, and stop if you feel any sharp pain.
