Washable Memory Foam Dog Bed

A flat bed that bottoms out after a month is a bed your dog stops using. This one is built in layers: a convoluted egg crate top that gives under weight, a contoured middle section, and a thick solid base underneath that keeps the whole thing off the floor. The cover unzips for the machine, has a water-resistant backing, and the base is gripped so it does not slide across hard floors. Three sizes, six colours, and a lavender scent worked into the foam.

Note: Wash the cover cold and air dry it, since a hot tumble shrinks the fabric onto the foam. Never machine wash or soak the foam itself. Measure your dog nose to tail while lying stretched out and add a few inches, because the internal sleeping area is smaller than the external size: Small 16.1 by 22 in, Medium 22 by 29.9 in, Large 25.2 by 33.9 in. The foam carries an added lavender scent, so air it out for a day or two before use and pick a different bed if your dog reacts to scented bedding.
